An employee can receive an email or SMS whenever a new appointment is made with them or when it’s rescheduled or cancelled. This way, it can’t happen that the employee doesn’t know about the appointment or about any schedule changes. This will be especially appreciated by employees to whom appointments are assigned by other employees.
