A booking system for Aesthetic clinics

“Less chaos at work”
Bookio has a great team: Martina has always been there to help, and together with her colleagues they solved everything, even the impossible. And instead of two appointment books I have one calendar and an overview of everything. :-)

“Zjednodušenie pracovného chaosu"
Bookio má skvelý tím ľudí, Martina mi vždy bola nápomocná a spolu s kolegovcami vyriešili všetko, aj nemožné. A ja mám miesto dvoch diárov jeden kalendár a vo všetkom prehľad. :-)

Bookio reservation system met all our expectations. We have been using it in our clinic for 4 years and its simplicity and user-friendliness can’t be praised highly enough. It is used daily by 5-8 of our therapists at the same time and makes it easier for them to see their appointments. Each client has their own online card, where we can see what procedures they have already had and what else we can recommend in terms of procedures and treatments.A big advantage is that we can see in real time who and when made the reservation, and who canceled it and when. Bookio is also a great benefit for our clients who like to manage their activities (bookings and dates) themselves through the online environment.

Rezervačný systém Bookio splnil všetky naše očakávania. Používame ho na našej klinike už 4 roky a jeho prehľadnosť a užívateľskú prívetivosť si jednoducho nemôžeme vynachváliť.  Denne ho ku svojej práci s klientami využíva v rovnaký čas 5-8 terapeutov a uľahčuje im prehľadnosť o termínoch klientov. Každý klient má zároveň vytvorenú vlastnú online kartu, kde si vieme pozrieť aké procedúry mal už realizované a čo ďalšie vieme v rámci procedúr a ošetrení odporučiť.

After working hours, we sometimes had up to 15 missed calls a day. They were all customers who wanted to make an appointment. Unfortunately, when we called them back the next morning, most of them had already booked an appointment with one of our competitors. Since we started using Bookio we have been getting more bookings even after working hours and that is what we needed.

Po pracovnej dobe sme mali niekedy denne až 15 zmeškaných hovorov. Všetko to boli zákazníci, ktorí si chceli dohodnúť termín. Žiaľ keď sme im spätne ráno volali, väčšina z nich už mala objednaný termín u konkurencie. Odkedy máme Bookio pribúdajú nám rezervácie aj po pracovnej dobe a to je to čo sme potrebovali.

Since we started using Bookio‘s functionality- paid reservations - we have managed to eliminate canceled reservations just before the appointment was due, which has helped us run our clinics smoothly and streamline our services.

Odkedy sme začali využívať funkcionalitu bookia - platené rezervácie – podarilo sa nám eliminovať zrušené rezervácie tesne pred termínom, čím sme dosiahli plynulý chod ambulancií a zefektívnili tým naše služby.
