As we have several pet salons and more and more employees, we were looking for a reliable and easy-to-use booking system. I must admit that at first I was a bit worried about how to set up the reservations correctly but I managed and it has worked fine. Neither the employees nor the customers have a problem with it. The system also made it possible to have more insight into the work of individual employees. In addition, the dog groomers appreciate that they can see bookings from home and can manage their time more efficiently. I give the Bookio team five stars. They'll help you even when they're on vacation :)

Nakoľko máme viacero zvieracích salónov a stále viac zamestnancov, hľadali sme spoľahlivý a na ovládanie jednoduchý rezervačný systém. Priznám sa, že som spočiatku sama mala obavy ako rezervácie správne nastaviť, ale podarilo sa a ani zamestnanci ani zákazníci s ním nemajú problém. Takisto systém umožnil mať väčší prehľad v práci jednotlivých zamestnancov. Psie kaderníčky navyše oceňujú možnosť pozrieť si rezervácie aj z domu a efektívnejšie si tak manažovať svoj čas. Komunikáciu s pracovníkmi Bookia hodnotím na 1*. Pomôžu aj počas dovolenky :)

The web interface is intuitive and easy to use even from phones and tablets at the bar, allowing our staff to work with reservations dynamically and in real time with minimal additional communication about bookings "outside the system". Our customers appreciate and use more and more the booking form on the website, which immediately informs them of the current availability. This has eliminated many phone calls. The support from Bookio is very good, the response to our several suggestions to improve the system has always been quick and helpful.

S volbou Bookio jsme spokojeni, jeho nasazení zjednodušilo a zefektivnilo náš provoz. Systém je již vyspělý a stabilní. Webové rozhraní je intuitivní a dobře použitelné i z telefonů a z tabletů na baru a umožňuje tak našim zaměstnancům pracovat s rezervacemi dynamicky a v reálném čase s minimem další doplňkové komunikace o rezervacích „mimo systém“. Naši zákazníci oceňují a čím dál více využívají rezervační formulář na webu, který je rovnou informuje o aktuální volné kapacitě. Odpadlo tím mnoho telefonátů na naše rezervační číslo. Podpora ze strany Bookio je velmi dobrá, reakce na několik našich podnětů k vylepšení systému byla vždy rychlá a vstřícná.

It is a versatile management tool that has helped us grow almost since our inception. In the meantime, we have opened new branches, expanded the range of services and are increasing their quality. It contains the functionalities of an advanced CMS system, thanks to which we can continuously measure the satisfaction and return of clients and the profitability of our operations.
