“My garage isn’t losing money”

Bookio surprised me by how much time it saves us. I didn’t expect that at all. It has made our bookings clearer and put an end to mix-ups and misunderstandings (before, we sometimes booked several clients into the same slot by mistake). With a better overview, we now fit in more jobs. And thanks to SMS reminders, clients don’t forget to come in for their service.

S bookiom spolupracujeme už pol roka a nemôžeme si tento rezervačný systém vynachváliť. Prejsť z telefonického objednávania na online rezervačný systém je veľmi jednoduché. Napriek prvotným obavám sa ukázalo, že sa nebolo čoho báť a veľmi nás to odbremenilo. Bookio je systém plánovania, vďaka ktorému mám nielen lepší prehľad o rezerváciách, ale umožňuje aj mojim klientom rezerváciu rôznych služieb, ako tréningy vo dvojici alebo skupinové tréningy. Noví klienti si jednoducho zarezervujú voľný termín, podľa ich časových možností. Navyše veľmi oceňujem možnosť opakovaných rezervácií a presun rezervácií pomocou drag and drop.
